These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the cb baji platform and all services provided under it. "cb baji", "we", "platform" refers to the cbbaji.cam website and all mobile applications and digital assets connected to it. "User", "you", "member" refers to any person who accesses, registers on, or uses any service on this platform.

"Services" refers to sports betting, online casino games, live casino, slot games, Lucky Bingo, and all other entertainment activities offered through cb baji. "Account" refers to a registered member's personal profile through which they can access all features of this platform.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Accessing the cb baji platform means fully accepting these terms. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using the platform. These terms form a legally binding agreement.

To open an account or use any service on cb baji, the user must be 21 years of age or older. All services on this platform are strictly prohibited for minors (under 21). Providing a false age at registration will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

Each user must confirm the following at the time of registration:

• All information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete.
• The user is 21 years of age or older.

• Registration is being done on a personal device and under their own identity.
• Only one account may be operated per person.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

cb baji may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents at any time to verify a user's identity. Completing identity verification may be mandatory before withdrawing. cb baji reserves the right to suspend an account if the user does not cooperate with verification.

Each member is personally responsible for the security of their account. Login credentials (username and password) should never be shared with anyone else. Full responsibility for any activity carried out on a user's account by another person lies with the account owner.

3.1 Account Suspension

cb baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of the bonus system.
• Registration using false information.

3.2 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity for 12 consecutive months, the account will be considered inactive and cb baji may send a notice and take steps regarding the balance.

All financial transactions on cb baji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The provided payment methods must be used for deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. cb baji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank may be used.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Source of Funds

The user must confirm that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and that they are the owner of the funds. Making payments using a third party's account or card is strictly prohibited.

cb baji offers various types of bonuses and promotions. All bonuses are provided under specific conditions, and it is mandatory to read those conditions carefully before use.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000; before withdrawing, a wager of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be usable in specific games or sections.
• It may not be possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• Misuse of bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The wagering requirement must be met to withdraw winnings earned from a bonus.
• cb baji reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Program

The following rules must be strictly followed when using sports betting, casino games, slots, and other services on cb baji.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are only considered valid once successfully confirmed in cb baji's system. cb baji is not responsible for any bet that does not reach the system due to a technical error. It is the user's responsibility to check the bet confirmation screen if the internet connection is lost.

6.2 Cancelled Bets

cb baji reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• A technical error is found in the odds or game result.
• A match or event is cancelled.
• There is clear evidence of an unfair advantage being taken.

6.3 Responsible Gaming

The following activities are completely prohibited on the cb baji platform and will be considered serious violations of these terms:

• Accessing other members' account information or interfering with their betting activity.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, the balance will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

All content on the cb baji website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of cb baji. Reproducing, distributing, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

8.1 Game Provider Rights

Games displayed on the cb baji platform — such as those made by PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution, and other studios — are the intellectual property of their respective providers. Using or reproducing the content of these games is separately prohibited.

9.1 Cookie Use

• Service interruption caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connection problems.
• Any loss caused by a fault in a third-party game provider's software.
• Any financial loss resulting from the user's own negligence or decisions.
• An unauthorized third party accessing the user's account.

10.1 Service Interruption

cb baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. Where possible, advance notice will be given in such situations.

These terms and the relationship between the user and cb baji will be governed by applicable laws and regulations. In the event of any dispute, cb baji's interpretation of the terms will be considered final, provided it does not conflict with prevailing law.

13.1 Severability

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, only that clause will be void — the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.
